Sunday 12th September 2021 Gradings

BROWN to BROWN SENIOR - 10.30am floor commencement

 

DAN - 1pm floor commencent

Please ensure you arrive with sufficient time prior to floor commencement to include going through the additional COVID control measures that will be in place (we recommend arrival at Westdyke a minimum of 20 minutes prior).  Please also note that road closures and delays are highly likely on Sunday due to the Cycle Tour of Britain.

 

Please read and take note of the following -

 

Please do not attend if you have had positive test or you have developed any of the recognised symptoms of COVID (a new / continuous cough, high temperature or loss of taste / smell).

 

Entry will be via the side fire door (not the usual entrance point).

 

Exit will be via the front door.

 

One spectator per student will be granted access to the facility.

 

On arrival, please line up along the side of the building until invited in.

 

All students and spectators must wear face coverings (unless exempt) whilst lined up and upon entry to the facility.  Spectators are to keep face coverings on throughout.  Students can remove face coverings prior to the grading floor commencing.

 

Prior to entry, temperatures will be taken and sanitiser provided for your hands.  All temperatures must be below 37.8c to be granted entry to the facility.

 

All students are to arrive ready to commence.  There will be no changing rooms in operation.

 

Upon entry to the hall you will be guided to a seat where student jackets / shoes etc... can be left and any spectator can be seated.  Your equipment / kit bags and drink should be taken to the side of the hall for easy access during the grading without the requirement to cross over into the spectators area.

 

All equipment should be wiped down / sanitised prior to and following completion of the grading.

 

We would ask that where possible, lateral flow tests are taken by both students and any intended spectators on the day prior to travelling to the grading.  These are available free of charge from pharmacies.  Where there is any positive result, no-one from the household should attend the grading facility.
